Essay

This dissertation is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem of reducing energy costs and increasing the efficiency of the use of electric tractor in agro-industrial production. Based on the theories of systems and machine dynamics, a mathematical model for the operation of an electric tractor with a gate electric motor is constructed in the performance of basic agricultural operations. It is established that due to the uneven distribution of the load on the electric traction power system, the energy output decreases due to the Peukert effect. The developed model of the reaction of the electric traction motor to the change of loads during the execution of technological operations and the rational modes of operation of the electric traction of the class 0,6 when performing the basic technological operations are established. An automated device for controlling the loading of a power electric motor and protecting the battery of electrical energy was developed, which ensured an increase in the efficiency of the electric tractor and an increase in the intermittent operation time of its operation by 19 %. Laboratory-field research on operations for the care of plantings and soil cultivation, as well as production tests in the hothouse farm showed the economic and environmental efficiency of the electric tractor in comparison with the diesel analogue.
