The thesis is devoted to the development of the physical and technological foundations of high-voltage electric discharge synthesis of dispersed filler of the Ti-TiC system for CM based on epoxy resins ED-20. Based on the identified conditions for the synthesis of particles of the submicron and ultradispersed range caused by the thermal action of the plasma of interparticle discharges, the mechanism of the HVED processing of titanium powder in kerosene suggests a mechanism for increasing the intensity of the processes of structure and phase formation in the HVED processing of metallic powders in kerosene due to control of the plasma distribution processes that are due to The design of the electrode system and the distribution of the electric field. The concentration, phase composition and morphological characteristics of Ti-TiC dispersed filler have been established. These parameters allow improving the parameters of the basic physico-mechanical characteristics of epoxy composites based on epoxy resins ED-20.
