Essay

The paper is dedicated to the elaboration of methods of forward engineering of the flooring discs formed of the built-up reinforced concrete post-tensioned beam-type slabs reinforced by the wire-rope fittings. An updated methodology of calculation and manufacturing technology for these slabs was developed, using free-form molding. The analytics solution for determination of the stress-strain behavior of the built-up beam slabs forming the floor slab, at common perception of bending and twisting, at different amount of plates in the floor slab, different slab bays and loading was carried out. The solution of this problem was elaborated using the finite elements method in the PC LIRA-SAPR 2013 environment. The dynamic analysis was conducted of the built-up flooring slab operation. The divergences were demonstrated of the results of determining the natural oscillation parameters between the separate beam slab, built-up and monolith slabs. The paper presents an analysis of the economic effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The results of introduction of the developed solutions was implemented into the practice of production the plates with the wire-rope fittings and into the engineering practice and construction of civil buildings in the city of Symu.
