Essay

Thesis research is devoted to the complex consideration of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of information interaction in local government. The thesis puts forward proposals to improve national legislation on local self-government both in terms of its structure and in terms of the contents of its constituents regarding legal regulation of information in social relations. The necessity of the inclusion of provisions on information interaction in the process of decision-making and legal regulation of public consultations, communications of subjects of local government, public examination, as tools for information exchange.
