Object - the process of intellectual capital management in the context of innovation development of a production enterprise; the goal - is to develop and substantiate the theoretical positions, methodological approaches and recommendations for the organizational support of the process-functional management of the innovative development of intellectual capital in terms of managing ideas; methods - dialectic method of cognition and observation; generalization, systematization, empirical research, systemic and logical approach; economic-statistical, dialectical and comparative analysis; targeted search, structural-semantic transformation; graphic; structural-logical modeling; logical method; novelty - consists in the development of theoretical and methodological background and recommendations on the process-functional management of the innovative development of intellectual capital of a production enterprise; results - development of scientifically substantiated and methodically completed recommendations regarding the formation of organizational support for management of innovative development of intellectual capital of a production enterprise; implemented - Poliplast LLC (reference number 20/1 from 20.10.2016), PP "Asol" (reference number 1-15 from 15.08.2016), LLC "Scientific park ONPU" (reference number 02/5 from 16.10.2016), in the educational process of the Odessa National Polytechnic University (reference number 2851/05-06 from 28.11.2016) and in the research activity of KSC "Polytech-consulting" (reference number 8 from 15.09.2016).
