The thesis is devoted to comprehensive and thorough analysis of legal regulation of social security of forced migrants. In the article clarified the essence of social security for forced migrants. In the paper defined the concept of social security of forced migrants is defined, his features are characterized. Explored the peculiarities of the current state of legal regulation of social security of forced migrants. The structure of the mechanism of the social security system of forced migrants is characterized. Specifics of forms and measures of social security of forced migrants are found out. The problems of legal regulation of social security of forced migrants are outlined and suggestions for their solution are provided. The positive foreign experience of legal regulation of social security of forced migrants is analyzed, directions of its borrowing in Ukraine are outlined.
