The thesis is devoted to comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of providing labor rights of civil servants in the conditions of European integration. In the article clarified the essence of ensuring the labor rights of civil servants in the context of European integration. The concept of ensuring the labor rights of civil servants in the conditions of European integration is defined, his characteristics are characterized. Explored the specificity of the mechanism of providing labor rights for civil servants. The implementation and protection of labor rights of civil servants was characterized, the content of their elements was clarified. The problems of ensuring the labor rights of civil servants and the proposals for their solution are set out. The positive foreign experience of ensuring the labor rights of civil servants is analyzed, directions of its borrowing to Ukraine are outlined.
