Ferenets O. Organizational and legal bases of anti-corruption activity of prosecutor's office

Dissertation is devoted to a research of features of organizational and legal bases of anti-corruption activity of prosecutor's office in connection with entry into force of the new legislation in the sphere of criminal justice and prevention of corruption. The condition of scientific research of organizational and legal bases of anti-corruption activity of prosecutor's office is reflected, the historical and legal analysis is carried out her, it is studied the international experience of fight of bodies of prosecutor's office against corruption and possibilities of his introduction in Ukraine. The structure and features of activity of SAP which is a key element of reforming of bodies of prosecutor's office now is disclosed. Scientific-theoretical justification of criminal procedure powers of the prosecutor in the specified sphere is carried out. His powers are determined by fight against corruption out of the sphere of criminal justice. It is made evidence-based offers and recommendations about improvement of separate provisions of the national anti-corruption legislation and efficiency of his realization.
