Hula I. Administrative and legal provision of forced expulsion of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship from the Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the studying of content and features of the legal categories of "compulsory (administrative) expulsion", "deportation" and "forcible return repatriation. Determined and disclosed the nature of next components of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of forced expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship from Ukraine: legal acts, public administration and tools, used in the area of study. A deep analysis of these components also was made. International experience in administrative and legal support expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship was studied and the best prospects for the implementation of international achievements in the field of the study into national practice were defined in this thesis. Ways of improvement of management of public interaction on the administrative and legal support of forced expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship from Ukraine are proposed.
