Bukhonskyi S. Information and analytical provision of the initial stage of prejudicial investigation

In the dissertation, a comprehensive study was carried out to solve a number of theoretical and practical problematic issues of information and analytical support for the initial stage of pre-trial investigation. Practical recommendations for improving the organization of information and analytical support of the initial stage of prejudicial investigation in the conditions of reforming the criminal justice bodies were developed and proposed, in particular, proposals for the reorganization of the Single Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the author's definition of the Unified Information and Reference System (Information Retrieval and Accounting System "ASSISTANT"). It is proposed to introduce a number of changes to the current information legislation of Ukraine, in particular, regulating information and analytical work in the bodies and subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
