Tarnopolov R. Method of increasing the efficiency of video information delivery for information technologies closing video stream.

In the thesis the actual scientific task is solved, which consists in the necessity of increasing the speed of delivery of video information on the basis of its selective processing for information technologies for closing the video stream for departmental videoconferencing systems. The main results of the work consist in developing a method for increasing the efficiency and confidentiality of the delivery of the video stream based on their selective processing and binary structured coding of the corresponding ciphergrams, taking into account the distribution of the binary series. A method for reconstructing a closed video stream based on the presence of significant structural components was developed, based on the fact that: the restoration of the base video frame is carried out taking into account the presence of closed information components, which are additionally represented by code constructions in the structural binary space; the reconstruction of the closed information components is carried out on the basis of structural decoding in binary space.
