Kotlyarenko О. Law enforcement activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: organizational and legal aspects

The thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of law enforcement activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, its administrative, legal and organizational aspects. The work outlines the peculiarities of law enforcement activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as highlights the problematic aspects of government-management decisions in this area. An analysis of theoretical and methodological sources and legislative acts that determine the basis for the organization and operation of law enforcement agencies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is carried out. The features of legal regulation, which characterize military-service relations, are generalized. A list of the entities included in the organizational and legal mechanism for the implementation of the law enforcement function is singled out. The institutional component of bodies that carry out law enforcement functions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is described.
