Spivakov I. Administrative and legal regulation of electoral relations in Ukraine

The work is devoted to the complex research of pressing theoretical and practical problems of administrative-legal regulation of electoral relations at the present stage of state building. In the course of the study defined the concept, content, main tasks and peculiarities of administrative legal regulation of electoral relations in Ukraine. Determined the General characteristics of administrative remedies electoral relations in Ukraine, analysed the main ones. Considerable attention is devoted to the consideration of the international experience in the administration of the electoral process in foreign countries, highlighted existing models of administrative-legal regulation of electoral relations, known countries with a developed democracy. Characterized the current state of legislation aimed at the regulation of the election relations, revealed its problematic aspect, directions of optimization of administrative legal regulation of electoral relations in Ukraine.
