Essay

Object of research: public administration of educational technologies in higher educational institutions. Objective: development of the theoretical provisions and proposals for improvement of the mechanisms of public administration of educational technologies in the system of higher education. Methods: system analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, categorical analysis, structural and functional analysis, statistical analysis and sociological research, analysis and generalization. Results: substantiation of the scientific and applied recommendations on the improvement of mechanisms of public administration of educational technologies in the system of higher education. Novelty: the theoretical positions of the conceptual approach to the implementation of public administration have been developed and scientifically substantiated by introduction of the innovative mechanisms of modern educational technologies into the educational process of higher educational institutions; the systematization of theoretical approaches to the formation and implementation of the public policy of the students' teaching and educational programs in the context of improving the quality of education has been improved; the approach to the implementation of the world experience in the development of the educational concepts in Ukraine has been further developed, etc. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv City Council, National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities, local authorities and self-government, businesses and non-government organisations.
