Essay

The thesis presents theoretical generalization and a new solution to the current problem of modern therapy, namely, the optimization of cardiovascular risk prediction based on the determination of the effect of H. pylori infection (HP) and cardiometabolic disorders on the course of coronary heart disease (CHD) in combination with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2). As a result of the population and clinical stages of the study, a contribution was made to the evidence base for the hypothesis of the association of an unfavorable cardiovascular prognosis of CHD patients in combination with DM-2 in the presence of HP. Adverse cardiometabolic predictors of the development of cardiovascular events in seropositive for HP patients with CHD in combination with DM-2 for the purpose of early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular complications have been determined. An algorithm for the stratification of seropositive HP patients with CHD in combination with DM-2 has been developed and the rationale for using it to determine the prognosis of the course of the disease based on new data on the prognostic significance of age, the presence of HP infection, the level of glycosylated hemoglobin, adiponectin and the polymorphic marker rs 1044471 ADIPOR2.
