Zadalia D. Administrative and legal regulation of public order in secondary schools of Ukraine

Proposed the periodization of the development of administrative and legal regulation of public order in secondary schools of Ukraine. Formulated the concept of "public order in an average educational institution", "the object of administrative and legal regulation of public order in secondary schools", "school officer", "school bailiffs". Considered the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of public order in secondary schools of Ukraine with the definition of their elements. Proposed the implementation of the institute of "school bailiffs " as the key institutional part in the system of securing public order in secondary schools of Ukraine. Researched the foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of the public order of secondary schools with the definition of the priority directions of its implementation in Ukraine. The concrete conclusions and suggestions on the improvement of the current legislation in the field of public order provision in educational institutions are substantiated.
