The object of research - the processes of managing the information flows of universities; the purpose is to improve the system of management of higher educational institutions by increasing the efficiency of organizational activity of higher educational institutions as a result of reengineering information processes of the management system; methods - elements of constructive theory and problem-oriented instrumentation of formalization, graph theory, set theory, mass maintenance systems, general theory of systems, system analysis; a comprehensive model of the flow of information flows in a higher educational institution based on the theory of graphs and mass service systems is proposed. The field of application is used in organizations that use a large number of control flows, primarily in educational institutions and public services of Ukraine, as well as for use in higher education institutions with the aim of training specialists in the design and modeling of information traffic.
