In the thesis the research on organizational structures of management essence, its types and genesis has been conducted on the base of fundamental and modern system theories. Actual principles of organizational structures working out, functioning and development have been defined. Current status of organizational structures of food industry enterprises management has been identified. A range of quality parameters of the investigated object and its analysis indexes have been substantiated. An informational support of quality diagnostics of enterprises management has been analyzed, their informational methodical model has been created. Quality of organizational structures of enterprises management elements have been analyzed. Quality and effectiveness indexes models have been developed. Management solutions for quality assurance of organizational structures of management and its diagnostics have been proposed.
