In the dissertation on the basis of a survey of 138 patients the indexes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense, morphofunctional state of erythrocytes, lipid profiles, changes in pro- and anti-inflammatory blood and urine cytokines in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and chronic renal disease were studied. Mechanisms of progression and mutual burdening of the renal chronic disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis have been studied. The diagnostic value of the monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 of blood and urine as a marker for the mutual burdening of the comorbidity of rheumatoid arthritis and chronic renal disease is proved. The ways of optimization of complex anti-inflammatory therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined with comorbid flow of chronic disease of kidneys are determined.
