Object - organizational and economic mechanisms of ensuring competitiveness of tourism enterprises. The purpose is to substantiate theoretical and applied approaches to improve organizational and economic mechanisms of ensuring competitiveness of enterprises of the tourist sector of Ukraine. Results: theoretical and methodological foundations were researched of ways of improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms of ensuring competitiveness of enterprises of the tourist industry; the directions of improvement of organizational and legal mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises of the tourism industry are substantiated through the formation and efficient functioning of tourist clusters; the directions of strategic management of personnel of the tourist industry enterprise were proposed; The model of improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of tourist enterprises is presented.
