Object: public administration of agricultural land use. Objective: to develop theoretical and methodological principles for the development and functioning of the mechanism of state administration using agricultural land in the context of European experience, determining the directions of application of the obtained scientific results and practical recommendations aimed at further improvement of such a mechanism in accordance with the needs of society and the state, increasing the efficiency of land use .
