The theoretical substantiation and experimental solution of the research task of generalizing the requirements for industrial synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients in conditions of introduction into production or technology transfer are presented in the thesis. The standardized algorithms of the pharmaceutical development have been elaborated, the qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of production has been carried out, the flowsheet for the amizone substance has been improved, and the method for the synthesis of the potential anticonvulsant dibamk substance for introduction into industrial production has been scaled.
