Kliuchnikova A. The Legal regulation of greenhousing in Ukraine

The dissertation reflects the current research in the field of crop greenhouses and genesis of legal regulation connecting the green housing in Ukraine. The paper refers greenhouses to a special object of agrarian relations and formulates its definition. The paper studies the peculiarities of the legal subjects of greenhouses and conclude the most legal forms of it. The specificity of the legal regime of land, soil substrate cultivation facilities as special objects of agrarian relations in keeping greenhouses has been found out. The legal basis and the conditions of production and economic activity in the greenhouses had been set out and solved organizational and legal mechanisms for ensuring the quality and safety of covered ground. The features of institutional and functional software of greenhouses had been set and the particular attention to the specifics of legal regulation of the greenhouses has been paid.
