Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improve the reliability of the information management systems of electric power plants based on the advanced fractal-cluster model. The work has developed a physical cluster model of information space of the technical process in equipment for electricity power units. The enhanced dynamic fractal-cluster model of information space volume of information management systems of software and hardware of automated process control systems of the electric power equipment of power plants. Analytical expressions for the evaluation of the criterion of reliability of information management systems of software and hardware of automated process control systems of power plants, which, unlike the known ones, when checking information on reliability, take into account false triggers and failures which in the volume of information space changes depending on the amount of information depending on the time depend on the changes of fractal time and fractal information dimension, have received further development. The module for detecting emergency signs of the technological process parameters in the complexes of technical means of the information-management system "Titan-2 complex" and the module of simulation of emergency signs in non-emergency situations for training automated means - full-scale simulators has been developed and proposed.
