Essay

In the work the complex analysis of the administrative-legal regulation of the information security of personal safety of the forces of the law enforcement forces was carried out. Based on the philological, theoretical, etymological, normative and journalistic understanding of the term "rule of law", as well as arguing about the relation between the concept of "law and order" and the notions of "public order" and "public security", it is concluded that the latter are covered by the notion of "rule of law".
