The object of research is the process of management at machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work is the deepening of theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific and practical recommendations for the development of a complex of socio-economic methods of management of machine-building enterprises in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of their management. The methods of research are: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systematization, morphological analysis, logical generalization and comparison, classification-structural method, system approach, historical method; taxonomic and economic-statistical analysis, correlation-regression, cluster, portfolio analysis.
