Essay

The thesis presents clinical characteristics of depressive and paradepressive features in patients with schizophrenia, semiotics and structure, mechanisms of pathogenesis were analyzed, and congruent approaches for correction were given. Three etiopsyhopathogenetic options of depressive symptoms in patients with schizophrenia - paranoid-neurotic, paradepressive, exogenous-intoxicated - were divided. Variants of personality profiles of patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms, according to FPI, were divided: anozodepressive (paradepressive), paranoid-neurotic (paranoid-dysphoric), sociogenic-neurotic (iatrogenic-neurotic). Etiopsychopathogenetic components of postschizophrenic depression have been established: an endogenous component that includes a predisposition-pathopersonological, nosospecific and postpsychotic components, an exogenous organic component that is exogenously-intoxicated by the mechanism of occurrence, due to the use of psychopharmacological agents, and psychogenic component that includes personal-existential, intrahospital and posthospital nosogenic factors. All psychocorrection strategies were selected congruently due to the etiopsyhopatogenetic components.
