The analysis of the efficiency of enterprises for the production of organic products, their financial, economic and environmental sustainability, quality of organic products found problems increase. Suggestions regarding the management mechanisms of organic products of grain processing enterprises based on social responsibility, systemic and structural analysis, problem-based approach and marketing strategies. The measures strengthening state support for organic farming through the introduction and implementation of its public programs, improving standardization and certification, organizational and economic mechanism to provide environmental, financial and investment advantages.
