Essay

The thesis is devoted to strengthening the pelletizing, improvement of known and developing new technologies for iron ore, which meets all the requirements of modern blast furnace smelting. The modern theory and practice of production agglomerated iron materials. The main trends of improving the efficiency of iron ore pelletizing, an assessment of the impact of technological parameters of pelletizing the quality of the finished product. The possible ways of improving technologies for improving the quality of manufactured and raw materials. The effect of enrichment methods on properties nonefluxed pellets. It is noted that the best properties with pellets from the concentrate obtained magnetic flotation method of enrichment. Proved positive effect of low temperature nonmetallic silicates of the metallurgical properties nonefluxed and fluxed pellets. The technology of getting fired pellets with a maximum content of residual carbon in them, including technology for producing pellets of raw rolled up into anthracite and technological modes of thermohardening with high rates of heating and cooling in oxidative and low-oxidative atmospheres. Developed and tested the charge for low and high raw pellets, their ratio in the mixture and heat treatment regimes for local specs fluxed for blast-furnace contain-ing incorporates high content of iron and residual carbon, have a high potential metallurgical characteristics and meet all requirements of blast furnace smelting.
