Zavalniuk I. Simplified proceedings in administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of the essence and features of simplified proceedings in the administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine and the prospects for improving its legal regulation. Simplified proceedings are defined as a set of proceedings (summary, written, special (non-return) and accelerated) in cases of administrative jurisdiction, which provide for simplification of the content of the process stages, including quantitative reduction of procedural actions of the subjects of the process and narrowing of the variability of their behavior. Its features are: the completion of the procedural cycle within a certain court; reduction in the number of procedural actions or a systematic change in the way they are committed; narrowing of procedural possibilities of the court and process participants; limited use of a specified set of cases
