Karapetyan O. Strategy for Increasing the Potential of Development for Coal-mining Enterprises

The object of the research is the process of strategic development of the coal-mining enterprises of Ukraine. The aim of the work is developing of theoretical basis and improving of methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for increasing the coal mining development potential on the basis of determining its structure and quantification. The methods of research are abstract-logical, structural decomposition, comparison, systematization, elements of comparative analysis, statistical analysis, graphical method, method of chain substitution, methods of financial analysis, system approach, structural-functional method, hierarchical ordering, matrix method, logical generalization. The scientific novelty consists in deepening of theoretical foundations and improvement of methodical approaches to the formation of a strategy for increasing the coal mining development potential on the basis of determining its structure and quantification. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the process of strategic development of the coal-mining enterprises based on the proposed system of indicators; analytical provision of strategic management of the development of coal mining enterprises; methodical tools for justifying the choice of strategy for raising the process of strategic development of the coal-mining enterprises; methodical principles of strategic management of enterprises of the coal industry were improved. The content of the concept of "the potential of enterprise development"; principles of the strategy of increasing the process of strategic development of the coal-mining enterprises; a set of requirements for information and analytical support for monitoring the implementation of the strategy of increasing the process of strategic development of the coal-mining enterprises have been further development.
