Essay

A research object is features of oil and gas bearing traps of hydrocarbons in the cut of lower to the perma. The thesis is devoted to the search for new deposits of hydrocarbons in the south-eastern part of the Dnipro-Donets Basin (DDB), Orchikov's depression, which are connected with early Permian deposits. Through the construction of a series of maps of the elements of occurrence of rocks (azimuth maps of falling rocks, maps of true thickness, maps of the alignment of the angles of the map of the ratio of the true thickness of the formation to the apparent) on the basis of seismic maps on reflecting seismic horizons IVg2 and IVv5, decoded by a new author developed methodological approach, as well as relying on the analysis of the conditions of sedimentation and the formation of collecting and screening properties of the lower Permian formations of the Orchik Paleo-Depression, it was possible to identify a series of projections objects - hydrocarbon traps. Distribution of predictive traps by genetic types allowed to understand the ways and time of their formation (considentiality or post-sedimentation relative to EarlyPerm time). The result of the research was a map of the location of projected objects, which represents the entire fund of promising structures, divided by the genetic principle. This map contains 111 predictable objects. By analyzing the structure of known hydrocarbon deposits located within the research object and whose reserves are approved and accepted on the balance of Ukraine, predicted (for the objects of the 1st queue) and perspective (for objects of the second turn) resources are approved. The calculation was made taking into account the coefficient of probability of opening the deposit equal to 0,3. According to the calculations, the resource potential of the Lower Pearmian part of the P1-C3 complex is estimated at 327735 thousand tons conditional fuel (CF).
