Essay

Object of research: the process of formation and realization of innovative potential of the branch of the rice industry. The purpose of the work: to create a model for the formation and implementation of innovative potential for the development of rice production based on the production of competitive scientific developments, their transformation into innovation and transfer to production through the system of innovation provision. Research methods: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, dialectic, comparison, grouping, tabular, graphical, abstract-logical. Scientific novelty: for the first time, a problem-oriented method of harmonization and evaluation of innovation potential in rice production was proposed; the content of the concept of innovative potential, methodological approaches to the assessment of the current state and prospects of development of the production and market of rice production, the mechanism of creation in the rice production of scientific and technical developments with high innovative potential, application in the rice production of the project business mechanism for the transfer of innovations on the market platform of venture business, has been improved; got further development of the essence of the concept of "innovative potential", methodological approaches to the identification of trends in the development of rice cultivation, methodological approaches to the evaluation of the functioning of the experimental production base of rice, strategic directions of the development of rice cultivation.
