Relationships on compulsory state social insurance due to temporary disability considered as settled by social-insurance law system of ongoing paid public relations that involves, guaranteed by the state, providing by the insurer to the insured person, and in some cases to the members of his family, the financial security and social services by the funds generated by the policyholders pay premiums in the case of temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth, death, illness injuries. It's grounded the classification of subjects of this kind of social-insurance relationships into the following types: a) initial subjects - the insured person; b) basic subjects - the insured, the insurer, the state; c) derivatives subjects - insured family members, foreigners, stateless persons, legal or natural persons buried insured person, authorized government agencies, Public Council of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, commission (commissioner) for social insurance company, institution or organization etc.; d) auxiliary (service) subjects - hospitals, doctor, spa facilities, orthopedic enterprise and others. It's advocated the position that the objects of studied relationship are material support and social services.
