Masiuk V. Identification and evaluation of risks and threats as factors of anti-crisis management of machine-building enterprise

The object of the research is the process of anti-crisis management of machine-building enterprise. The research aims to improvement of theoretical and development of methodological and applied principles for detection and assessment of risks and threats as factors of anti-crisis management of the enterprises. The author used such methods as: comparison, generalization, concretization and systematization, methods of financial-economic and statistical analysis, process approach and methods of grouping and generalization, the theory of fuzzy sets, the method of sensitivity analysis. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to improvement of theoretical principles for detection and assessment of risks and threats as factors of anti-crisis management of the enterprises. The practical significance of the results is to develop methodological and applied provisions on the Identification and evaluation of risks and threats as factors of anti-crisis management of machine-building enterprise. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time a hierarchical model of quantitative assessment of the risks of crisis management by the machine-building enterprise is constructed, the technology of qualitative evaluation of the factors of negative influence in the conditions of reactive crisis management of the enterprise is improved, the concept of "threat" as the risk with the highest (catastrophic) level, the conceptual principles of management activity of the enterprise, taking into account its financial-economic status, the systematization of risks of reactive crisis management are developed. The subject of research refers to theoretical and methodical and applied principles for the detection and assessment of risks and threats in the process of anti-crisis management of machine-building enterprises. Author's recommendations are used during the assessment of risks and threats as factors of anti-crisis management of the enterprises. The sphere for the use of author's recommendations is revered to the machine-building enterprises.
