Nikolayets A. Improvement of mechanisms of organization of state control in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and practical proposals for improving the mechanisms of organization of state control in Ukraine. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the essence of mechanisms of organization of state control is systematized and specified. The historical preconditions, stages of forming of instruments of realization of mechanisms of organization of state control are investigated. The main foreign approaches to mechanisms of organization of state control in the context of their adaptation to Ukrainian realities are generalized. The estimation of legislative and regulatory mechanisms of organization of state control is carried out. The effectiveness and efficiency of the methodological foundations of the organization of the national system of state control are assessed. The peculiarities of institutional support of the system of state control in Ukraine are highlighted. The recommendations for rationalization and optimization of implementation mechanisms: state financial control; tax and customs state control; currency and migration control in the conditions of economic reform of Ukraine.
