Strelnyk V. Legal issues for implementation of ecological control and inspection in the field of bowels' protection.

This work fully investigates the legal issues of ecological control and inspection in the field of bowels' protection based on studying the scientific legal literature, legislative and other regulatory legal acts. Historical and legal aspects of legislation evolution in this realm are analyzed. Scientific and comparative analysis of notions, types and forms of ecological control and inspection is conducted. Common features and criteria for distinction of those legal categories are distinguished. The notion of 'state mines inspection' is introduced. The juridical meaning of 'legal protection of bowels' category is revealed. The expediency of using developed E.U. guidelines for implementation of ecological control in the analyzed field is validated. It's proposed to improve implementation of disciplinary responsibility in the field of control and inspection of bowels' protection. Theoretical conclusions are drawn, and number of unsolved problems is outlined. There are made proposals for changing current legislation that will improve the legal regulation of ecological control and inspection in the field of bowels' protection.
