Hres Y. Shaping of technological approach in criminalistic tactics.

Dissertation is the first comprehensive research of the formation and development of a technological approach in criminalistic tactics in national criminalistic science. Dissertation is studied provisions for establishment of criminalistic technology as a category of criminalistic science and its place in the system of modern Criminalistics. The place of criminalistic technology in the system of tactical and criminalistic axiomatics is systemically analyzed as well as the features of its correlation with other categories of criminalistic tactics are determined. The typical technological model of investigative (search) action is developed and the principles of its construction are determined. The author’s definition of the concepts «criminalistic technology» and «criminal technology» are formulated. The four levels of technology for conducting investigation, which deepen and improve the content, structure and conceptual-categorical apparatus of criminalistic science in general and criminalistic tactics in particular are signed out.
