Hasanov R. Implementation of the prosecutor's authority so far as relevant conducting of investigative (search) actions

The comprehensive research in the theoretical, normative, legal and organizational principles of the execution of powers by the prosecutor in carrying out investigation (search) actions was carried out made the first in the national science. The essence of implementation of powers by the prosecutor in the part of conducting investigation (search) actions, the tasks and powers of the prosecutor in this part are revealed. The current state of execution of powers by the prosecutor in the part of conducting investigatory (search) actions, determined by chapter 20 of the CPC of Ukraine, and secret investigators (search) actions. The specifics of the exercise of powers by the prosecutor in connection with the conduct of investigative (search) actions during the court proceedings are presented. The peculiarities of exercising powers by the prosecutor in the part of conducting investigation (search) actions during pre-trial investigation of criminal misdemeanors are determined. The directions of improvement of the powers of the prosecutor in carrying out investigative (search) actions are offered.
