The object of the research is the processes of forming a comprehensive organizational and informational model of the marketing agency. Subject of research - a set of theoretical, methodical and applied provisions on the formation of a comprehensive organizational and informational model of a marketing agency in the process of providing marketing services. The purpose of the dissertation is to substantiate theoretical and methodical principles and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a comprehensive organizational and informational model of the marketing agency. The results can be used in the activities of marketing agencies. In the process of work, the following methods are used: synthesis, analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis; system approach. The scientific novelty of the results is to substantiate theoretical and methodical principles and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a comprehensive organizational and informational model of the marketing agency.
