Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and technological bases for phosphate raw materials processing. A critical analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of phosphorous technologies was conducted and reserves of phosphate-containing raw materials have been characterized. The classifications of Ukrainian phosphate deposits by chemical composition, properties and kind are presented. It is proved that such phosphorites can not be processed by traditional extraction and electrothermal methods and new technologies are needed for their processing.
