Martyniuk O. Administrative law grounds of oversight of the notary activity in Ukraine

The origin of formation of supervising function in the field of notarial system is investigated as well asthe history of development of administrative law regulation of oversight of the notary activity in the domestic law and legal doctrine are analyzed. Systematization and analysis of regulatory legal acts that regulate the order of oversight of the notary activity is performed. Perspective directions of improvement of oversight function in the field of notary activity in the context of processes of European integration is determined. The foreign experience of oversight of the notary activity is generalized and perspectives of implementation of the Latin-type notary in Ukraine are determined.
