Essay

Compositions of active mineral admixtures are developed as 3-component (fly ash + metakaolin + micro-silica) and as 2-component (fly ash + metakaolin; metakaolin + micro-silica) systems in optimal proportion. Its implementation is reasonable with application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer within 0,9-1,8%.Technical reasonability for using of 2-component mineral admixture including 75% of fly ash, 25% of metakaolin and poly-carboxylate super-plasticizer (CAMA) is proved. By means of the physical and chemical methods there is determined that presence of the complex active mineral admixture in concrete composition is influencing on process of cement composition formation, ensuring the directed synthesis of nano-formations as low-base calcium hydro-silicates well as some solid solutions of hydro-alumino-silicate composition presented by the following solid solutions.
