Essay

Object of research: state regulation of development of agrarian sector. Objective: theoretical and methodological substantiation of the mechanisms of state regulation of development of agrarian sector of Ukraine and proposal of the practical recommendations concerning their improvement. Methods: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, monographic, logical-semantic, comparative analysis, economic-statistical, experimental, abstract-logical. Results: substantiation of the theoretical provisions and development of the practical and applied recommendations concerning directions of the mechanisms of state regulation of development of the agrarian sector. Novelty: The complex mechanism of state regulation of the agrarian sector of the economy, which is aimed at the preservation and development of land, material and technical, financial, labour and information resources in the agrarian sector and the use of state regulation instruments, has been proposed, the methodical provisions concerning the formation of the system of state regulation of the agrarian sector of the economy have been improved; the methodological approach to the development of the algorithm of program-targeted state management of the agrarian sector has been further developed, etc. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Department for Agricultural Development of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council, the Academy of Municipal Management. Areas of use: public authorities, local authorities.
