Essay

Thesis is a monographic research in which an a complex way, taking into account the modern methods of knowledge, achievements of domestic and foreign jurisprudence as well as the current legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries, the entity of the institution of amnesty and its place in the Tax Law are revealed. In the research the institution of amnesty in law is studied and it is defined as an inter-branch institution, extending to those areas of the right, in which sphere its realization is possible, including the Tax Law.
