Shumkova V. Management of Economic Safeness System of Agrarian Enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical positions, the improvement of methodical approaches and the development of practical recommendations on the management of compliance with the economic security of agricultural enterprises. In the dissertation the conceptual principles of construction of the economic security system of the agrarian enterprise and its management are substantiated, which is based on the simultaneous application of tools for creating sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise's products, rationalization of the commodity, production and marketing policy, as well as insurance protection of the economic interests of the agrarian enterprise in view of the results of the assessment the level of economic security of the enterprise on the basis of its modeling. The methodical approach to assessing the state of economic security of agrarian enterprises by calculating the integral indicator of the level of economic security of the agrarian enterprise has been improved. The composition, typology and substantive and content characteristics of the tools for observing the economic security of agrarian enterprises through the allocation of insurance protection instruments, identification and rationalization of the ways of carrying out the basic activity and managing the competitiveness with the formalization of the procedures for using the indicated instruments are determined. The system of organizing and conducting titular insurance of land of agrarian enterprises and the mechanism of calculation of corresponding insurance payments is substantiated. The methodical approach to modeling the level of economic security of agrarian enterprises on the basis of an integrated assessment of the level of economic security of the main activity of the enterprise and taking into account the degree of realization of self-insurance potential to reduce the risk exposure is proposed. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of researches of economic safety of agrarian enterprises is developed. The substantiation of the directions of development of the system of management of economic security of agrarian enterprises on the basis of determining the tendencies of insurance protection of the results of their activities in terms of prioritizing self-insurance measures, development of title insurance of agricultural land, as well as increasing the importance and role of non-insurance instruments and measures to respect the economic security of agrarian enterprises.
