The dissertation submitted to the engineering of concrete blocks with the heightened physico-mechanical characteristics on the base of organic filler,fiber of flax and modification their structures by the sludges of wet gas purification of the ferrosilicion production. Based on the analysis of the literature sources is set that a promising way to protect a binder from the effect of insoluble sugars which are sticked out from filler ,for example flax, is a modification of woody-cementer with different supplements which contain saturated water solution of semi-water sulfuric calcium and water alkaline solution of sodium silicate. It is determined that the enforcement to wood-cement composition the wet scrubbing sludge of ferrosilicon production is the technological feature which provides a creation of increasing physico-mechanical material characteristics. The method of math planning of the experiment was found the optimal number of components of wet scrubbing sludge for creation a wood-cement construction materials which were based on the fiber of flax. As a result the waterproof wood-cement composite material was created on the base with other physico-mechanical properties : compressive strength - 2.5 - 3.8, bending strength - 1.0 -2.1, softening factor - 0.81, water absorption - 31-68, wet resistance more than F-50 cycles.
