The object of the study is the process of changing the indices of soddy podzolic soils fertility, agrofitocenosis indoors and formation of productivity of flax in the conditions of different methods of basic cultivation and fertilization in the Precarpathian region. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate the technology of the methods of basic soil cultivation in connection with the organo-mineral fertilizer system and their impact on the fertility of sod-medium podzolic surface-gelled soil, the productivity of flax and the quality of the crop. Мethods - field, morphophysiological, biochemical, measuring-weight, calculation-comparative, mathematical-statistical. For the first time, in the conditions of Precarpathian region, optimal resource-saving methods of basic cultivation and fertilizer systems were determined, their effect and interaction on yield and quality of flax production were determined, the question of the influence of polygonal and non-polar methods of cultivation in combination with organo-mineral fertilizer system on agrophysical, agrochemical properties of sod podzolic soils. Developed recommendations for improving the methods of basic soil cultivation in connection with the organo-mineral fertilizer system in the cultivation of flax, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the doses of mineral fertilizers while improving the soil fertility and obtaining high yield of flax. The main results of the research in 2009 were factory tested and implemented in PE "Stepan Melnychuk" of the Kolomyia district on the area of 54 hectares and in the "Svitanok" FG in the Bogorodchany district of Ivano-Frankivsk region on the area of 17 hectares. The field of use is agriculture.
