The object of research is the processes of diversification of goods flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities. The purpose of the work is theoretical substantiation and development of methodical and applied recommendations for the diversification of goods flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities. The following research methods are used in the work: theoretical generalization, systematization and comparative analysis, morphological analysis, business planning, analytical and structural-logical, analog modeling, tabular and graphical, analysis and synthesis. The theoretical value of the results of dissertation work is to deepen the theoretical foundations and scientific substantiation of the introduction of diversification of goods flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities. The practical significance of the results obtained is the scientific coverage of the method of managing diversification of goods flows in the foreign economic activities of enterprises on the basis of taking into account the expansion element. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time a divergent method of estimating the efficiency of goods flow diversification in the foreign economic activities of enterprises was proposed, the typology of commodity flows of enterprises and the process of clustering of expenses on diversification of goods flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities were improved; the development of the interpretation of the category "commodity flow" and the method of managing the diversification of commodity flows in the foreign economic activities of enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological and applied provisions on the substantiation, preparation and implementation of diversification of commodity flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities. The recommendations of the author are used to introduce diversification of goods flows of enterprises in foreign economic activities. The sphere of using author's recommendations is enterprises that carry out foreign economic activities.
