The object of the research is processes of ІТ enterprises and institutions of higher education partnership development. The research aims to the development of deepening of theoretical foundations and practical substantiation of the development of partnership relations of enterprises with institutions of higher education. The author used such methods as: systematization and synthesis, analysis and synthesis, statistical, analogy, comparison, graphical, grouping, structural-functional, methods of expert evaluations. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the deepening of theoretical foundations and scientific substantiation of the partnership development between IT-enterprises and universities. The practical significance of the results is the scientific coverage of investment through the prism of its practical implementation, which allowed ensuring the development of partnership development processes. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there was the business process of the product, outsourcing and mixed types of IT enterprises systematized, the classification of types of partnerships between enterprises with higher educational institutions and the sequence of choosing a strategy for the development of partnerships were developed, the model of the choice of higher educational institutions as a potential partner of the enterprise and the model of evaluation of the value of partner relations by the IT enterprise were improved.The subject of research refers to theoretical and methodological and organizational and economic provisions on the development of the processes of ensuring the investment of agricultural machine building enterprises.
